We are looking for a replacement tenant for

The house is just 5 minutes walk from York University, ideal to pop back for a snack., but also benefiting from a large garage which makes an ideal place to store bikes.

All the rooms have double beds, and the house comes fully furnished complete with pots and pans.

The lounge benefits from large patio doors onto a paved bar-b-que area with garden furniture and lawned area, We also provide a 20inch TV.

There is one bedroom downstairs and a further 3 equally sized rooms upstairs together with a separate toilet and bathroom. The bath has an over head shower, shaver point and gas combi boiler.

To the front of the house there is off street parking with a short drive to the garage plus 2 shed to rear. Mains smoke and heat sensors and intruder alarm with the additional extra battery smoke alarms fitted in the bedrooms.

The gardening is done by us..

Badgerhill shops can be found about 5 mins walk from the house in one direction and Heslington lane shops not forgetting the Charles pub in the other .

The bus stop is at the end of street to town etc. The house has Internet access and we supply USB pens and modem, we do not have satellite but have no problem if you want to put in while in house.

Energy efficient- Cavity wall & loft insulation, low energy light bulbs supplied, combi boiler, double glazing.

£66 per person per week.

Rent paid 4 times a year, to coincide with the student loan arriving.
